Halloween Promo

Our 1st major holiday - we participated in the Halloween event of Pergola by decorating our store (haunted house sketch theme) and doing a promo (FREE Choco bun for every box of 6!!!). Promo available until Nov 2 only.

Kopi Roti SOUTH - We are finally OPEN!

Thanks to the many family and friends who have gone out of their way to support our venture (again and again). Some even going (literally) the extra mile, and traveling 2 expressways to visit our store.

It has also been a pleasure to meet 1st-time customers, as well as Kopi Roti fans who have frequented other branches just to get their fix. We hope that you enjoyed your experience of our branch! We look forward to seeing you again!

We're (soft) opening on 08.08.08

Finally, our Kopiroti branch in BF Homes, Sucat is opening! Months of planning and preparation have been poured into this project – and we really hope that you would drop by and patronize our store (and help spread the word!) in the coming days. We are soft-opening on 08.08.08 (for good fortune), and will be open daily from 9am to 9pm. We are still running on generator power for the next 3 weeks and aircon will not yet be available – but we promise on the great food/drinks!!!

We will hold a simple blessing on 08.08.08 at 9am.

Construction has started

Finally construction of our Kopi Roti store started last June 26. We are estimating the construction to last only 20 days long. Our neighbor tenants in the Ground Floor Sarabia Optical, Simply Bread, Baker's Depot, and Figaro are nearing completion in their construction and will open mid to late July.

We will be opening shop before the month of July ends :D

Tarp banner finally up, artist's perspective of design just in

Finally, our soon-to-open teaser tarp banner is up right in front of our unit. It took quite some time before this got installed due to its huge size. I am told that the banner is already creating a stir among the Pergola tenants and regulars. We also just received the artist's perspective on the design of our store. The design looks very hip and modern! :)

Kopi Roti BF Homes will open in the cozy 23 sq. m. corner space in the ground floor. Al fresco dining will be available. We're right across Pier One and in between soon-to-open stores Baker's Depot and Sarabia Optical.

Kopi Roti opening in BF Homes, Paranaque

A new Kopi Roti branch will open in The Pergola Lifestyle Mall in BF Homes, Paranaque. This will be in the ground floor right across Pier One. Target date is 2nd week of July 2008.

The Pergola is the new commercial area in BF built where The Ruins (tiangge and DVD haven) used to be. Already open in the mall are the following: Hot Shots, Bangus, Rai-Rai Ken, Pier One, Gloria Maris, and a parlor and native crafts store in the 2nd floor. Soon to open are Time Zone, El Favorito, and Rosemary Chicken just to name a few.
